How many times have you read To Kill a Mockingbird?
I read it back in school .. in our english class… i think i still have it in my collection of books…
I have read like 40 books in the past 2 years… I think I was born with either a book in my hand or a pad and pen also… the first book i remember reading that really meant something to me for the first time was "Brian’s Song".. i did a book report on it.. from then on.. i was hooked on reading… oh, and by the way i watch the movie Brian’s Song on tv every november and still cry watching it every single time!!!!!
Who, in your opinion, is the most physically beautiful woman you've ever laid eyes on in person?
What Is It About Adam Lambert? by Allegra Huston
I haven’t had a chance to read all the posts about this yet so i’m just adding my comment here…
Adam is delicious…. I think his charm is in how polite he is and how humble he was on the show… there are guys that just ooze sex appeal and he is one of them for sure. the leather helps too! His eyes can seep in your soul… I could care less if he is gay either..doesn’t matter at all…
I think a lot of it is that he resembles Elvis… and Elvis was it!!!! Elvis had everything…….. I believe that Adams most resembled feature of Elvis would be his nose……. it looks like Elvis nose….
I also think its just fun to love him because he brings youth back to a lot of people and makes them feel young again and happy…..
I noticed something … did anyone hear Lionel Richies new song… I believe his new cd is called Just Go… I think that is the hit song off of there too.. that song just makes me feel happy everytime i hear it……..
I believe we are all trying to seek to be happy again……. and Adam is sheer happiness!!!
Conan O'Brien hosted his first 'Tonight Show' last night. Why do we embrace great televison comics so intimately?
I watched conans show last night but only up to his monologue..then i went to bed and taped the rest…. i thought the beginning of him running to LA was great except i would of liked him to have kept it going and ran into the studio right onto the stage instead of forgetting the key and bulldozing his way in.
I think Conans best interviews are when he has Denis Leary on…
I didnt like Jay Leno much because like someone on this board says .. he tells a joke and then keeps pushing further to sell it and explain it.. i always found that to be too stupid and over the top and a bit insulting to an audience as if we have to be schooled on the joke to laugh and we cant figure it out on our own.
I also remember a time when he had Ted Neeley of Jesus Christ Superstar fame on and Jay was quite rude to him.. i vowed never to watchleno after that as Ted Neeley is oneof my faves.
I always liked Lettermen… he just tells a joke and leaves it there and either it goes over or doesnt….. now thats cool…..
What's Your Focus Factor? (Quiz)
Kim….
Loved your post.. especially about the part of the nice fresh air blowing through your window calling you outdoors…….
I think so many people have lost touch with the outdoors because of computers, video games, tv etc…. does anyone remember the outside world anymore? It’s time to get back in touch with nature and actually "Play" outside with their own kids again……… these are the memories they will hold onto….. not sitting all day inside playing the latest video game!
