This is a classic case of diversion. The "Party" is focusing the public’s attention on the unprovable affair in order to divert attention from the special interest earmarks for her lobby.

The American public needs to stop letting the right wing media, meaning all mainstream media, tell them what to focus on.

I didn’t really know this woman as anything but a name that I’d heard on TV before she married him. I have even less respect for her now.

I can’t think of any man who isn’t known as a physical abuser who has shown less respect for the women who have been unfortunate (or stupid) enough to marry him.

He just uses them until he finds another he wants more at the time and then leaves. He disgusts me and I haven’t watched any movie with him in it since he dumped Nicole the same way that he dumped Mimi for Nicole.

And besides that they just plain lie. They’ve lied so much for the last eight years that they no longer even know what the truth is.

They believe whatever Limbaugh, Hannity and Coulter tell them to believe and no longer even care about whether it’s truth. If the "Party" tells them it’s true then it’s true. Sounds a bit like the old U.S.S.R. communist state doesn’t it?  

Let him keep talking. In fact let’s cheer him on. Every time he opens his mouth the death knell for what the republican party has become is sounding nearer.

Something struck me about this woman and the situation those children are in when I heard a local news story the other day. I’ve heard several stories of this nature in the last few years but never saw them in exactly this light before. It was a story about this man who had all of his dogs taken away because he had more of them in his house than he had room for.

When people are found to have a number animals within less space than is considered inadequate for their well-being the animals are removed.

In most states when families apply to be foster families one of the considerations is the amount of space per child that is available in the home. 

I don’t think this woman would be allowed to have 14 dogs in that small house, but she can have 14 children with medical problems.

What that says and who it speaks to I really don’t know. I just thought it was an interesting observation.

People, well by that I mean Democratic People because these repug plants barely seem human to me, these trolls on here (ie. Robert Thompson and deber) are paid by the repug party to come in here to disrupt and thereby recruit.

The solution to this dilemma is relatively simple. The repug/conserv/evangel wingnut contingent have established their own schools to allow them to indoctrinate their offspring in their dogmatic mythology. Let them establish their own medical facilities so they can bring their unwanted children into the world and/or kill their women according to their doctrine.

Public health facilities should no more adhere to one segment of the population’s beliefs than should the public schools.

That’s a wonderful answer to Suzanne Frazier’s question Rocky and one with which I totally agree.

I’ve said many times, regarding many and various situations that involve the choices human beings make, that the human race isn’t civilized enough to responsibly administer the results of the social and technological advances that have come about as a result of it’s intellect.

In other words, the intellect of homo sapiens is evolving faster than their conscientious judgement.

Which may explain the repugs. They don’t believe in evolution, so maybe they haven’t.

For some reason though the repugs think coporate greed, fraud, welfare and are what we need more of in the form of tax cuts for them.

When it’s the former working/middle class they call it pork or handouts.

What he’s really lacking is listeners who are sane and rational. Except for the relatively few who are of the "can’t help staring at the train wreck" variety, they’re all rapid, right wing, repug, radicals.

Absolutely and I also believe that this war may very well have been ended it the public was seeing the atrocities as they were with the Vietnam war. It was a lot easier for Bush/Cheney to paint their personal war with a noble brush when the information the people got was being carefully filtered. All of their secrecy about it was a crime for which they should be prosecuted, but dishonoring the memories of those soldiers was the most egregious of their crimes of omission.

I’m glad you’ll be giving us more of yourself Liz because you’re one of the few reasons I can find to come visit this site anymore.

I hear ya Suzanne and those same people are the reasons I’m spending most of my on line time at Huff Post these days.

The same paid republican trolls are also posting over there and on most other forums where political discussions routinely occur, but they’re so far outnumbered and so ridiculed by the Huff Post bloggers that they’re a bit easier to take.

I will continue to stop by here though to read Liz and respond in some of the interesting polls. That is, until it becomes too overwhelmingly rank with right wing radical whackos. I can’t tolerate Coulter Crowley and after the last article I read by Peek I don’t think I care to read any more of them.
