Thanks for explanation, James. My Dad started a patio addition out back a year ago but he never got it finished so it’s not a room for any season. He went down to Home Depot last week to get some stuff to help finish it, but he said now everything cost twice as much as it did a year ago . So it may be only partly finished for a long time. Mom calls it our Part-io. And as for electrical wiring and electronics and French blinds, well who know when we’ll have luxurious stuff like that and if we had a brown leather sofa out there, it would get totally soaked.I hope you’re enjoying yours though. edith
