You know I had been going back and forth for a long time about whether I should buy a Kindle or not… I love the sleekness of it’s technology, and it is rather chic looking, but I also love the texture of pages against my finger, the topography, the embossed letters on the jacket. This article definitely pushed me over the edge, I am forever staying with books.

I don’t know why exactly, but I think I’m slightly offended by this article. All of the points below don’t really have anything to do with ‘feminine touches’ as the articles suggest, those are just attributes of a diligent worker with good work ethic. I don’t like the idea of using my femininity as a selling point, anywhere, let alone the office. Of course, I am 16 years old so that won’t be relevant for a while. Still, I find this article to be a little anachronistic.

I just read Gael Greene’s autobiography, Insatiable. She mentions you actually quite frequently in it, and of course she’s known for her infamous article that came out decades ago "I Love Le Cirque… But Can I Be Trusted?" Le Cirque is to die for!
