Josie - You are wise to set a date. I realized yesterday that, except for my enthusiasm, I did not have the plan in place. Ya gotta have a plan! I have one now. Monday June 16th. I bought the stronger patch because I obviously need it! I’m cutting down, only had 6 today. I have out of town company coming, and they do smoke, although never inside my home. Once they are gone on Sunday the plan kicks in. One day at a time. One minute at a time. I am very curious to know about the hypnotist, I know every person is different and what works for one won’t necessarily work for another. I hope you will report back here! Good luck to you from me.

Thanks, Bonnie - It’s day 1 here but I got through morning coffee okay. I will use the patch and try and concentrate on the positive things, like how nice I smell. :-) Mugsy and Frank and everyone else said the first 3 days are the worst, and I know that, so my immediate goal is one day at a time.
