Walking is my exercise. I have always loved to walk. Last year I did the Breast Cancer Awareness 3-day walk in Seattle and really enjoyed training with my friends. This year I am in training with my friends although I will not be able to join them for the 3-day. Such an easy exercise for the whole body and a great social time with my friends.

Which season is your favorite?

Autumn hands down if you live where the leaves turn colors. I grew up in IN and went to college in upstate NY and IN and loved the fall. My b-day is also in Oct. When I moved to AZ for grad school and then TX I missed the autumn of my childhood and youth. In TX I would say spring is at its best - the beautiful wild flowers. Now living in SoCal and would say all seasons are equal. I have told my husband and others that when I die I do want some of my ashes buried in IN in a park on a beautiful Oct day.
