When I was a little girl I saw The Miracle Worker in the movie theater; it really affected me.  What a performance.  I always enjoy seeing Patty Duke.

What is the most exotic creature (animal, bird or insect) you have ever seen in its natural environment?

Oh my gosh, tarantulas would have really scared me.  Did any try to climb onto your car?

Out in nature, they do what they have to do.

What is the most exotic creature (animal, bird or insect) you have ever seen in its natural environment?

Just this last weekend I drove up around Carrizo Plains off the 58 adn 166 hwy in California.

During my drive I saw a bald eagle sitting on a fence.  Getting out of the car, the eagle took off.  what a massive wing span.  Looking out into the open fields I saw a Pranghorn Antelope strolling.  Later I came across hundreds of Caterpillars crossing a road heading into a field across the way.  The road had turned black and was moving, until I realized they were caterpillars.
