count me in too….with all of you! cannot get enough adam and i am SO excited at the propect of ( FINALLY) perhaps some NEW music i can get addicted to….i AM addicted to the vid of ring of fire…i think that was my favorite performance of all…( whole lotta love a close second)..but that ring of fire performance was just so smokin’ HOT in so many ways and utter genius, musically…but adam ‘had me’ way before that…with his audition of bohemian rhapsody…i said to my BF…’he is this year’s david cook’…and i was hooked from the beginning….and i thought no one could ‘out-do’ david cook…but he did….i thought he was gay but who cares? i love gay men…my best friend in the universe is a gay man!

i am not sure exactly ‘what’ it is about adam but i think in general he emits a very sweet and positive spirit that people cannot resist…he has that ‘thing’ that people want to be around…it is obvious he is a very kind and generous, positive thinking person…no ego problems and no phoniness…he is self- assured, yet has humility…that is a hard balance to achieve…and perhaps it is unconscious with alot of people but many are drawn to that..

i adore him and am so looking forward to what he will do in the future..he makes me SMILE!

who cares about these people? she is not intimidating..she is an embarrassment….NOT because of her daughter..because of her SELF…good GOD i can’t even imagine why anyone would think she has anything to offer as a leader….her family is out of control…she doesn’t even know basic geography…it is pitiful that’s about all the brainwaves i ever want to waste on her ever again….

as i said elsewhere…dumb idea for the long-run and environmentally irresponsible….it just continues the cycle that needs to be stopped and makes no sense at all….in many ways…

i think, whoopi..that the ‘thing’ that has always resonated for me with you is that i feel alot the way you do and i feel like i ‘know’ you … as if you are someone who-if i had the opportunity to know, personally- would have been a good friend of mine …..i am a tad ‘out there’ myself and my mom also used to ‘warn’ me about being different…she was too and the last thing she wanted me to be was like her…but i am glad i am…. my mom was my biggest influence in so many ways…she has been gone for many years but she lives on inside of me…it sounds like you have the kind of relationship with your mom, that i had with mine… you are welcome for the wishes…the world needs more whoopi’s ..for sure!

sorry i do not thing either sarah palin nor angelina jolie should be on this list…hardly anyone ever heard of sarah palin before a few months ago….she has done NOTHING constructive..has lied and been very obviously out to better herself….the other one may have adopted alot of children but that does not mean her motivations are all pure…i don’t consider a husband stealer who gloats about it, someone to admire…just my opinion

i don’t think it is always about arm candy…i have been married twice to men my own age - both times disastrously…and i have now been in the first healthy relationship in my life with a man who is 12 years younger than i..for 10 years…longer and much more happily than the previous two relationships… not so much about ‘age’ but the time in which one was raised….in my case it is about the PERSON he is, compatibility and attitude…..i agree it seems stupid to ‘point out’ a man is younger than a woman when no one blinks an eye over an older man with a young woman…seems kinda sexist in a way… like women should stick to some kind of rules that don’t count for men… honestly, i now find many men my own age rather disturbing… with out-dated attitudes…and claiming to be enlightened because their women work ( we like that ‘extra’ income..don’t we?? ) when many of them can’t even find the ‘on’ button on the washer or the eggs in a grocery store without a map… i am sure there are alot of good men in their 50’s….but my own experience has been that there is a definite generational divide in attitudes toward women in general….

i agree…and it WAS uncool and came off like gloating by angelina…as much as there are people who allegedly ‘can’t help’ cheating i think there are those who also ‘can’t help’ but get their high’s from feeling as if they have gotten over on someone or won some kind of contest…the thrill comes from getting something that ‘belongs’ to someone else- it makes them feel powerful and like they are better than others…i have no doubt those two have their own issues and they will rear their ugly heads at some point, again, one day….only to bring the energy back to them that they have put out…on the other hand i think jennifer seems like a somewhat grounded person and in the long run, is probably FAR better off to put brad behind her…

all a matter of taste…honestly it is the first dress i have seen her wear that i liked ..i hated the black and red dress she wore on election night….but i honestly do not care what she wears as long as SHE is happy wearing it and she is expressing who SHE is…her taste in clothing is really not very important in the grand scheme….in my opinion…

she is starting her campaign for 2012 early, i guess…sorry but i think she is an idiot…and i can’t wait till some ‘truths’ come out about HER…

it was bambi for me, too….and i was somewhat traumatized by it….i was a real emotionally overly-sensitive kid….and actually i am pretty much that way as an adult when it comes, especially, to animals, ( yes even animated ones!) the concept of tragic death, etc… the lion king killed me and i was almost 40 when i saw it! looking back on bambi and some of the others i have to conclude that i don’t think disney really ‘liked’ children very much…but wanted to make them cry! don’t EVEN get me started on ‘old yeller’….and THAT was not animated!! whaaaa!!!!

none of this surprises me at all…she was being ‘used’… they thought would get the female vote….amongst other things…they thought men would vote ‘for her’ because she is “hot” ( which i don’t ‘get’ ..but i am not a guy)… sorry, sarah is not like ME at all..i KNOW africa is a continent- third grade geography…and i am not a ‘soccer mom’ or that type at all….she had nothing that resonated with me at all nor most of the women i know…they all have brains and know how to speak….
