Frannie & Diana - I just need to add: One of my friends has a dad who’s “hair-challenged”. He often jokes about it and says: “God only made a few perfect heads…. the rest he covered with hair”!

Dogs; have always loved them but can’t have any of my own due to my bleeping work schedule and the fact I’m a single. That’s why I have cats instead; 10 adults and, at the moment, 8 kittens (5 weeks old now). My main “man” is a pure breed Norwegian Forest Cat. His name on the pedigree says Jessie James,but at home he’s known as - uhm - James! (pronounced in Swedish as if the name is spellt Yames). My James is actually the grandpa to the kittens! I know what you mean when you say “It’s just too emotional when they pass away.” My first kitty passed away 10 years ago (he was almost 11) and it still hurts when it sometimes creeps up on me that he’s passed away. It’s heartbreaking….

Ooops! Forgot to add; Swedisg politicians aren’t trusted either!

To tell you the truth Phyllis - they haven’t given me any good reasons so far. All they say is “I trust neither of them”. Wish I could have a better answer for you.

LOL - always a first time for everything, right James?! Odie’s doing fine, thank you… although he’s seriously thinking about moving. Here’s too many cats, and with the kittens - well he’s close to a nervous breakdown! (That is - if I had a “real” dog, only dogs I have are on pic’s!) ;-)

Gee James….You’re a real tease! Yep, still live in Sweden (sorry to say) and NO it’s NOT cold here (unlike what many of your fellow citizens think), thanks to our trusty old friend the Gulf Stream. In fact, the passed summers - including this one - have been very hot (temp’s around 82 - 86 F) and unusually humid… It’s almost made me feel like I was back in Maryland…

It’s all a great big guessing-game until you - and the rest of the world- will know for sure, isn’t it? None of the people I’ve talked to, in my little Swedish pond, trust either Obama or McCain. I’m so glad I don’t have to vote….

True James, that’s where my pic’s go. And - my built-in programme, “Microsoft Picture”, it does the same things as this Shutterfly-thing… without me having to use the internet to play around with the pic’s.
