Serena, Good question? What books have you read on the Mayans? I’m not quite sure what all that would entail….better believe last night and forever …I will make time for my daily meditaions and prayers! Josie~ I know the question was specifically for Peggy, but I hope you don’t mind me suggesting mind/body healing books and continuing to meditate. I myself, don’t know of any mind/body healing books. I’m sure there are many out there, trust that your instincts within you will lead you to a place of healing, rather it be through books, your continued therapy… a session with peggy through her website. I wish you the best. If you do find a good book out there will you let me know. If anyone has a mind/body healing book to recommend please let us know!!! I’m personally practicing Reiki and reading a book called “Reiki for beginners” I was confirmed for Reiki I and it has continues to help assist my personal healing from the inside out. Elizabeth, yeah! that’s exactly right. But of course, their would be a need within her to have the last word some how. My mother’s inability to cultivate normal relationships between her childen has been not the best at all. She has played us up like puppets and is still doing it now to one of my brothers! She and I are estranged. So, for me it’s paralyzing to watch (because I know better). to see other lives crumble because of her manipulative tactics. While having said that, the fact that I’ve chosen to stay clear until I heal has helped me become a women who is still learning to stand on her own two feet for once as an independent women. It’s bittersweet. It sickens me that the chaos my brother is going through is partly her fault. “out of sight ” “out of mind” I say. She and my other brother did enough damage to my husband , son and I. I’m better in silence and just pray for them. It’s a shame that they are in the same place. I can give myself more credit now and stand with my head tall and shoulders back in that I continue to evolve from within spiritually, that I CAN ONLY HOPE THAT ONE DAY THEY WILL “GET IT” for themselves.( there is a better place they can all be… spiritually, emotionally, physically, and mentally). I love them dearly and pray for them. I wish I could heal them all and have their support to spread the love… I realize I’m not hear to save their souls. I’m wanting to truly come from the heart.. wanting to help them have more faith, be honest etc…it’s a shame that it was my husband, son and I that were casted the stones!! thanks for reading.
