Actually, I just read an Alert, that Obama intends to continue with the Debate on Friday. Obama stated that it is important for Americans to know that the candidates can handle more than one situation at a time. I also agree that the good old Network Boys better change their toons or there won’t be anyone at the dance. TV writers where are you? I will be 62 in August and very proud of it but I must admit I don’t feel a day over 40. I like being the age I am there is a certain amount of freedom that comes with age that I enjoy. My children are grown and independent. I get to see my grandchildren when I want and send them home. My husband and I will celebrate our 41st wedding anniversery on June 3 and yes the sex is still good. I love being my age.

Well I didn’t read all the posts, but I am a Presbyterian Elder here in Virginia. I do believe in afterlife of the spirit and think it is something we mortals just don’t understand and it will only be clear to us when we die. Now for a confession that has nothing to do with the teachings of the Presbyterian Church. I feel that infants and very young children are in tune with this spiritual world and as we age most of us lose that contact.

First of all I am a newbie here and will start by wishing Liz a Happy belated Birthday. I’am 61 and within the last 2 years have gone from dreading getting older to loving it. I have been married 40 years to the same man and yes girls the sex is better than it has ever been. When I was young and my kids were young quite often I was just too tired to enjoy it. Not now! I agree with the statement age is just a state of mind.
