I have a bit of a dispute with the system for marking time, since the system is man made and not entirely scientific. All the stuff about time zones, daylight savings time and leap years and even leap seconds makes me a little crazy! So, I will celebrate the “new year” in a general sort of way, over a few days time. On January 1st, in my opinion, it’s more or less the new year.

I imagine the signs were always there and they didn’t know what they could do about it. From an outsider’s standpoint, it seems the one thing they could have done was to allow her to let this little girl be adopted, as it has been reported that Casey wanted to do while she was pregnant. Perhaps the mother wanted another chance to raise a child, but it turned out horribly for Caylee.

If the parents still continue to insist Casey didn’t kill Caylee, but someone else left Cyalee’s remains there, I will lose any remaining sympathy I might feel for them in a hurry. It’s got to be hell to know you raised a total sociopath, but it’s time for them to step up to the plate and stop muddying the waters.

The show is a total bore.

I saw a close up of Camilla in this dress and it is far too low cut. She has great bosoms, but at her age, and mine, too much showing is not a good thing.

I wasted my entire youth trying to figure out how life is organized, so that I might better fit into it —- only to learn that it isn’t organized at all.

I recall accounts of the Clintons looting the White House when they left. I even remember some furniture they took having to be returned!

The Clintons don’t need any help being trashed. They’ve done it to themselves. BTW, Linda Tripp looks really good. I commend her for improving her appearance. I don’t like what she did in the White House, but she is entitled to her opinion.

The Clintons are mad that Caroline and Teddy supported Obama. They want revenge. Whomever Gov. Paterson appoints is no more their business than it is mine. It’s his choice. I’m all for somebody, anybody, telling Bill Clinton to shut-up and sit down! Despite all their sucking up to the Kennedys over the years, the Kennedy’s, although always civil, saw right through the crass, maniuplative, dishonest Clintons.

The best thing that could happen at this point would be for her not to be confirmed. Let her go back to being a Senator. I don’t think she is any too popular there either.

I feel best if I get 9 to 10 hours of sleep per night. I have a tempurpedic bed and it does sleep hot, but my cats love it. I often have the overhead fan on for that reason. Before this bed, my arthritis really bothered me and made morning stiffness a big problem. I decided I needed to get whatever might help me get a really good nights sleep, and this has done it. When I travel and sleep in a strange bed, I can really feel the difference, and I toss and turn.
