Following giving a recent lecture on health care a lady came up to me to give me feed back. She had difficulty choosing which of 4 parallel sessions to attend but on seeing my very high red suede platforms with Mini Mouse Bows she made here decision & I quote “I decided there & then if a woman would wear such shoes to a health care comference she had to be worth listening to.” Thankfully she reported that she had not been in the least disappointed!!

I had a male boss once who told me that “A gut instinct was just an excuse for a good dose of flatulance” I can’t say I agree with him as my gut instinct has ususally stood me in good stead. Veronica
