In that you would be correct !!! We all have the strength of the sistergood on our side these days .. I think Xena has sprinkled us ALL with cyber fairy dust with some of Adam’s sequins and hair glitter mixed in. 

K Sister, my son has started the tour with the NZ band, they are playing tonight in Boulder, Colorado, which happens to be where another son lives …. but that son is playing in St Louis - the perils of life on the road ! Anyway, he said it is going great and they are all getting along and having a ball.

Life IS good ! 

Wow, I finally took the time to look at these .. he really went full out drag, mega false lashes and sequins ! He is a master makeup artist. And the pompadour hair ! I can just imagine the internal dialogue " Eff it, I’m pulling out all the stops tonight, I’ve been a good little American Idol boy next door for 50 friggin concerts, tonight I’m gonna be ME, Hallelujah !! 

I think we need to be ready for the next phase … I see a whole lotta Adam Gaga in the future, which I understand, he wants to push some boundaries … but I hope he does a classy, big designer glam , not a Zodiac show drag queen glam. Which direction do you see coming ?

What an eventful few days !! My goodness, lots to respond to.

First, lovely Juneau, luckiest among us …. when you said "The rock stars of our youth were unevolved, miredin male chauvinism and easily corruptible by the lure of drugs, sexualoverindulgence and new wealth. And we see this carried to ever greater excessin the Pop mainstream of today. When that kind of excess is combined withmediocrity, it’s intolerable. We tuned out."  Wow, how astute, I never thought of it that way but you are so right. We really are seeing a new form of man aren’t we ?  We raised our sons with immersion in the arts, to be accepting of others and with as little "testosterone boosting " activity as possible, and I am proud when people tell me how nice and kind they are. A new generation of evolved men.

To the sad, rejected Glambertinas, who were denied the spoils of your crusade - we are all feeling your pain, mainly because we were also denied the privilege of reading the account and sharing the experience in absentia. You worked so hard, you planned, connived, and contrived with the best of them and you de-f**king-served to meet him, but the fates work in funny ways don’t they ?   I must say though… the fun you had was pretty damn good, Rob sounded like he deserved a hug, and the sparkle dust of fun you spread around the bar made lots of lives better. 

Gloria, thank you for your love and concern. I’ve had the worst weeks of my life, such ups and downs, tears about to spill at every moment. Helping a wonderful young woman bag her mothers clothes for Goodwill. Being the shoulder for her to cry on when she realizes that her mother won’t be there when she gets married, hugging an adorable son who is trying so hard to be strong for his sister and dad, but cries at every turn. I put together a large picture collage for the "gathering" yesterday, searching for pictures of happier times …….

…. what I am taking away from all this is the glaring contradiction of someone pulling away from life … and you wonderful, joyous women grabbing life by the horns, reveling in silliness, fun and camaraderie. The very healthiest and life affirming activity possible.

The world is a f**king wonderful place, full of music, and Adam, and beautiful bodacious women, and me, and I can’t wait for the next chapter. Glambertinas forever ! 

Little B**CH ! Did she really yell FU at 3:23 ?? I see her as a troubled young woman, don’t know why …. and of course Adam reaches out and understands. No wonder she is clinging to him - the best man she will ever meet  !!

Isn’t it funny, We’d rather see him with Drake than another woman !!!
