How do you fall asleep after a long, stressful day?

Hey, James! I don’t fall asleep because I know that if I try it will be a night filled with wake-up every 20 or so minutes. I’ve tried the pills, warm milk and so much more! I have found that if I simply work on the computer, doing dishes, etc., and keeping busy eventually makes me tired.

I have to admit though that I am more a night-owl than daytime person so on some nights it can be a long night!

What living American woman has had the biggest impact on our lives?

Maya Angelou a woman of character and strength, but like Sura B I wish we could add one who died, but gave many women a picture of strength and character in the years during and after WWII, Eleanor Roosevelt. The way she visited the soldiers and kept up her work on the issues that were important to the country for so many years. She stood for women of strength long before it was popular to do so.

Are you for or against allowing consumers to buy health-care insurance across state lines? (Why or why not?)

Competition from all kinds of companies could bring prices down some…but with the cost and the companies in the country now, I’m not sure crossing state lines would help the costs come down. All they want is money, ALL of them!

Music from my Internet radio helps me fall asleep! The music of course is classical but the stations vary from WGBH, Boston to BBC all Classical out of London. The sound clarity makes it the best! The radio stations sound like they originate from right in the next room! (Oh and I live in a small town in the Western part of Michigan where regular reception is yucky - at best!)

I agree with Chris! Half of the seniors (just a bit older than me and already in Retirement.) are losing what little they have to healthcare needs.

I don’t agree with her opinion either, Isabelle. I really have a hard time understanding why we Liberals are now reaching down to meet the same lows that the likes of Ann Coulter and Rush Limbaugh continue to use in raking those they do not agree with over the coals with any lie they can find.
