I never watched The View on a regular basis. Now I watch it because of you. I appreciate your POV and how you deftly move around and between Joy & Elizabeth’s drama (their talking over one another I could definitely do without and I usually check out if it goes on longer than 2 or 3 minutes, but you know that and keep it to a minimum.) These conversations are such a treat. I’d thought you wouldn’t be talking about men, but here you are and it was wonderful. Reading these intimate conversations is like eating Godiva in bed at 5 in the morning. Or snacking after 7pm because you’re so dang hungry and can’t stop yourself. Hope Liz’s birthday was glorious and she commands all that interests her.

Great piece. As for places to retreat for a few in order to get rid of headaches, that’s valid for both sexes. Just that few men are in touch with what they are experiencing and don’t know how to take care of themselves unless their mommy or woman tells them what they need to do to feel better. As for PRs whining comment… how unbelievably ridiculous. Women are not slaves put here to serve everyone but themselves. What miracles women can create when completely in touch with their own needs as well as those of others!

I finished that story and thought how sad it is that a new trial is needed when it’s obvious this guy was wrongly accused. What a waste of time and energy. The Icahn concept of going on the offensive is so foreign to me. I was just wrongly maligned for something and I chose to walk away. This story gives me pause, thoughts and strategies. This is my fifth story read on your site. I’m hooked. I’ll be here every day. To the women who have gone out and conquered life, sharing your secrets and souls and food encrusted sweaters is absolutely golden. What a blessing. I feel I’ve been hiding for years in a cold world I knew needed my best. Maybe after reading all of you for a few months, it will finally be time to come out of my safe cave.
