Nice try Liz.  Everyone KNEW this was going to happen.  That includes Obama who said clearly this was going to get alot worse before it gets better.  NONE of this is his fault.  It is not a reaction to his policies.  He has more than 60% of the support of the nation.  It is just fall-out from many years of lack of oversight and the raping of America in broad daylight.Pure evil given full reign.   Forgive my graphic comparison but everyone could see it from afar.  It just seemed to be invisible on the sidewalks of naive street because there was a lot of money flowing.  No one understood why or how it was happening, so they didn’t rock the boat. 

The stock market falling is just the sound of cockroaches pulling out their shady money to save it for when the Republicans get back in in 8 years.  Lots of good compnaies are going to get hurt.  But the good ones will survive and they will be "on sale " at bargain rates when confidence begins to return. I suspect it will hit 3000 before its done.  Its going to be ugly so hang on!

And stop paying so much attention to the DOW.  It is only 30 companies.  And they have the right to change them every MONTH. They were able to fake confidence by swapping out the failing companies, until now.  Now its harder to find ANY companies that qualify to represent the DOW average because they can’t stop the bleeding.

But it will get better.  In the meantime you need to give the new guy a good honest run at these 4 - 8 years and hold hands!  God Bless. 

What I find also disturbing is that they are apparently chilling together, recovering from this, having quiet time alone together in one of P diddy’s places in Florida.  If I was Pee-Diddy, I would kick Brown’s ass off the continent, not molly-coddle him and "protect" or help him by offering up one of his places for them to sort it out!  Grrr.  

Rather I would have offered it to HER to go to alone, and then send the best therapists and counsellors to her en masse to help her heal!  And ditto for Chris after a very very BIG talking to.

Robin (Rhianna) is clearly exhibiting the classic reaction of an abused woman.  She is 21.  She can recover.  But she cannot be with this man-child anymore.  The precedent has been set for repeated offences.  And I suspect this was not the first time he behaved violently with her.

And I was furious watching that Coleman character on LKL last night who was saying that her affidavit was likely highly exaggerated since she stayed in the car and continued to talk on the phone to assistants and to text while the alleged beating was going on.   

I think this violent behavior was more usual than we know, given the fact that even after her head was slammed into the window, she stayed in the car. Then she was seriously bitten, and stayed in the car, texting, talking on the phone. This tells me she was USED to this.

How can any man behave this way????especially since he witnessed his own mother’s abuse by her boyfriend.  Classic case of "you live what you learn."

 I pray that she is counselled to move away from his influence in a way that she will not be in harms way. I pray that she doens’t become the next Nicole Simpson. I pray that Chris does not get away with this because he has money. I couldn’t help rolling my eyes seeing Geragos sitting beside him in court.  ’nuff said.

I agree with you.  Banishment and isolation are the WORST punishment of all.  

I think we should bring back the idea of prison colonies.  Kind of like LOST/SURVIVOR with no amenities ans see how they fend for themselves and create their own living arrangements/government. 

LT: How can you refer to "past lives" and "karma", when we are talking about a current event?

Because it is not as visible or instant as corporal punishment or capital punishment it does seem like an, "Ooooh Karma, big deal!" event.  But in my books the karmic debt is scarier to think of than a jail term for example.  Its not just about past lives or "instant" karma, but also about your future lives.  

I think right now, by our actions or non-actions we are also creating our future karma.  Not only are the man’s and woman’s karma in play right now, but also the judge’s/or executioner(if any) who came up with the punishment or sanctioned the punishment - as Belinda mentioned in her post.
