What adage do you live your life by?

I love that prayer. I do agree that knowing the difference is the trick.

The Vancouver Conversations Part One: A Few wOw Women Remember Traumas and Dramas in High School, First Jobs, First Children

Liz, I don’t know if it is just me, but I think your legs, in the still picture of the conversation, look great. They look so toned and firm. I still can’t believe you’re 85. You look marvelous darling.

High Shool hummm. I loved my school. I loved my teahers. I was a loner, by choice, and did not like many of the people I went to school with. I only had one friend. I was really good friends with my teachers, I still keep in touch with almost all of them and we often go out to lunch or dinner. As far as changing…I don’t think I have changed too much. However, to others I might seem like a different person because I use to never let people into my life. Now I’m still somewhat a loner but I let people in more often.

Do you color your hair?

Frank, I’m so glad you are on this board. I always look forward to reading your responses to the posts.

Online dating: Have you tried it?

I have never tried online dating, I really don’t think its for me. However, at the same time I don’t want to say that I never will.

Chances for Obama-Clinton Ticket Fading

I don’t want to see an Obama Clinton ticket. I don’t see her as a VP. I think she should go back to the Senate. I’m a Clinton suporter and I think if she does become VP it could hurt both of them in the long run.

Canadian Mom, 44, Gives Birth to 18th Child

I agree with you on family planning and the woman’s right to choose. In this case it seems that having 18 was what she chose.

Fashion police: Are there things you think should never be worn to the office? If so, what exactly?

Simple, nothing to tight to short or to revealing. However, a lot of people have trouble with these three simple things. Oh yeah, I forgot, closed toed closed heel shoes are a must.

Happy 50th birthday, NASA! If given the chance, would you travel to outer space?

Oh yeah, I’m a super science nerd. I would absolutely go into outer space.

Katie Couric Says Sexism Is More Tolerated Than Racism

I have heard Gloria Steinem say that before and I agree.

What music makes the hairs on the back of your neck stand up? Why?

Ok, I’m not very religious but a song that always touches me is Ave Maria, well, if sang by the right person. I really don’t know why. The type of music that I love is Jazz.

HerTube: A Passionate Woman

I absolutely love the video. Her and I have a lot in common.

What does being a woman mean to you? When was the first time you knew it?

I completely agree. Sometimes I have friends that tell I’m missing out by not having a child. But what makes me more angry is when they say “oh you will change your mind when you meet the right person.” Well, the right person for me would be a person who doesn’t care if I can give him children or not.

What does being a woman mean to you? When was the first time you knew it?

Ki b, Thanks for asking this question it is something I have thought about several times during my life. You know what is funny is that our answers are similar and that I also never wanted kids. So I knew that would not be a part of my answer. Now that I think about it, it would be interesting to see what the guys say to this question. Maybe they can just ignore the when they realized they were a woman part of the question. I would love to hear their answers as to what they believe a woman is.
